Genome-wide maps of chromatin state in AIMP1 overexpression (OE) and wildtype (WT) cells in multiple myeloma

ABSTRACT: We found Acetyl-H3 was upregulated when AIMP1 overexpressed. Then, we used CHIP-seq to find binding-DNA with acetyl-H3 protein.
