Project description:We compared a 5 week time course of cortical organoid differentiation across human, chimpanzee, orangutan, and rhesus using bulk RNAseq. In addition, single cell RNAseq was performed on a subset of time points from human cells in weeks 0, 1, 2, and 5.
Project description:We report RNA sequencing of single Agrp neurons isolated from the arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus. Analyses of Agrp neuron transcriptomes reveals differential expression of receptors for multiple neuromodulators. Neuroanatomical mapping of known ligands of the receptors define subsets of neurons directly upstream of AgRP neurons in specific brain areas.
Project description:This report contains a scRNA-seq analysis of E15 hypothalamic arcuate nucleus (ARC), which uncovers many cell type-specific markers, including a group of transcription factors. This study newly demonstrate critical roles of two of these transcription factors in specifying the identity of ARC neurons. Many of these transcription factors are enriched in specific single cell transcriptomes while being excluded from other single cell transcriptomes, suggesting their crucial roles in cell fate determination.
Project description:To identify the tumor heterogeneiety among a single organoid that recapitulate the human colon cancer tissues, we put a single organoid derived from single colon cancer stem cells into single-cell RNA-sequencing. Isolated single cells were processed with Fluidigm C1 Single Cell Auto Prep system. 71 cells and one bulk control were sequenced using HiSeq2500.
Project description:Drop-seq and single cell sequencing of mouse arcuate nucleus and median eminence. Please see below link for searchable cluster-based gene expression.
