Characterization of the coding and noncoding transcriptome in undifferentiated and differentiated WT and Carma-3XpA/+ mouse embryonic stem cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: RNA (poly(A)+ fraction) was isolated from WT and Carma-3XpA mouse embryonic stem cells at the undifferetiated and differentiated (d3, d6 and d96 days; using the hanging drop model) state. Profiling of the transcritome at these stages of differentiation using deep RNA sequencing allows identifying modulated coding and noncoding transcripts upon induction of differentiation.
