Expression data from peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs) of patients with bronchial asthma and normal controls
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Bronchial asthma is a heterogeneous disease with distinct disease phenotypes and underlying pathophysiological mechanisms. LncRNAs involves in numerous functionally different biological and physiological processes. The aim of this study is to identify the differentially expressed lncRNAs and mRNAs in patients with asthma and to further explore the functions and interactions between lncRNAs and mRNAs. Ten patients with asthma and 9 healthy controls were enrolled in this study. We used microarray analysis to identify lncRNA and mRNA expression in their PBMC.
