Effect of PAK5 gene on miRNA expression in MDA-MB-231 cells

ABSTRACT: P21-activated kinase 5 (PAK5) plays an important role in tumors. Yet, the connection of PAK5 with miRNA biogenesis is so far unclear.In this work, we studied the change in microRNA profiles of breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells as a result of overexpression of PAK5 protein.
