Maternal benzophenone exposure impairs hippocampus development and cognitive function in mouse offspring
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To gain the new insights into the signaling pathways perturbed by 4-Hydroxybenzoic acid (4HBP) exposure in neural stem cells, we performed RNA-seq analysis in Hippocampus-derived primary NSCs. The NSCs were cultured under two conditions: proliferation and differentiation. In each condition, the cells were treated by 1μM 4HBP for 7 days as the treatment group and treated by EtOH (vehicle) as the control group.
