RNA-Seq of M1 activated ErbB4-null and WT bone-marrow macrophages.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: We tested the hypothesis that NRG4/ErbB4 signaling regulates cytokine production in macrophages. Loss of ErbB4 in bone-marrow derived macrophages results in elevated pro-inflammatory cytokine production. These results demonstrate a feedback mechanism by which growth factor signaling can limit immune cells activity.
