ABSTRACT: We report the characterization of murine HSCs with knock-in of human JAK2V617F, Ezh2 loss, and both hits, through RNA-seq on a limited number of HSCs. We identified Ezh2 loss as being a strong driver of gene expression differences, while gene set enrichment analysis showed unique signatures characterizing mutant HSCs.
