The goals of this study are to compare NGS-derived WT or Bat3 KO BMDC transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) to microarray and quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT–PCR) methods and to evaluate protocols for optimal high-throughput data analysis
