ABSTRACT: We compare the perihematoma tissues before and after intracerebral hemorrhage in rats. Gene Ontology functional annotation, Protein interaction network analysis, reverse transcription quantitative PCR technology, Western blot technology, immunofluorescence technology and Causal network analysis are used to detect the changes of RET before and after intracerebral hemorrhage and the pathways in which RET might be involved.
