Transcriptional profiline of murine and human T cell populations
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: T-regulatory-type-1 (TR1) cells comprise a phenotypically heterogenous but prevalent subset of Tregs that arise from unknown precursors in response to ill-defined cues. Here, we perform detailed transcriptional studies of autoantigen-specific TR1-like cell pools arising in response to peptide-major histocompatibility complex class II-coated nanoparticles (pMHCII-NPs) and compare them to other T cell populations to define their unique features.
