Transcriptomics analysis of P.lundensis in in vivo and in vitro growth conditions
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Pseudomonas lundensis is an environmental psychrotrophic bacterium and a leading causative of frozen food spoilage. Here we present the transcriptomics study of P. lundensis strain AU1044, in aerobic in vitro growth conditions both 4°C and 37°C, and in vivo germ-free mice. The difference in the expression profile of several regulatory and metabolic genes over these three conditions highlights the ubiquitous nature of this bacterium.
