Analysis of the transcriptome of CD34+38- cord blood cells treated with 3-deazaadenosine (3DA)

ABSTRACT: Cord blood cells were cultured in the presence of 10 mM 3-deazaadenosine (3DA) or DMSO. After 9 days, the CD34+38- population was sorted using FACS and subjected to RNAseq. Our previous experiments have shown that treating other cell types with 3DA partially prevents senescence. By performing RNAseq, we show how treating cord blood cells with 3DA affects senescence, stemness and differentiation
