ABSTRACT: Osteosarcoma cells were grown in cell culture, as subcutaneous flank tumors, orthotpic primary tumors or experimental metastases to study the role of intra-tumor transcriptional heterogeneity on adaptations in tumor cells that faciliate tissue colonization.
