Effect of Curcuphenols and cannaniboids on H3K27Ac marks in cell lines


ABSTRACT: Turmeric, is both a culinary spice but also used it traditional medicines and dietary supplements for a growing list of disorder including arthritis, digestive disorders respiratory infections, allergies, liver disease, depression. The activities of turmeric are commonly attributed to curcuminoids. To understand this, In this study we compare the alters epigenetic H3K27Ac marks caused by curcupheols and cannabinoids in tissue culture cell lines.
