The mRNA profile from rats ventral prostate submitted to maternal low protein diet
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Purpose: The goals of this study are to compare NGS-derived ventral prostate transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) from control and offspring submitted to maternal low protein diet during gestation and lactational period, on postnatal day 21 and 540. Methods: Ventral Prostate mRNA profiles of 21- and 540-day-old control rats (CTR) and gestational and lactational low protein diet rats (GLLP) were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq-2500.
