Genome-wide maps of histone modification H3K4me3 in Daudi cells.

ABSTRACT: We report the updated method for CUT&Tag technology for high-throughput profiling of histone modifications or transcription factors in mammalian cells. By using using hand-made concanavalin A conjugated beads, we greatly improved handling and suspendability of cell-bound magentic beads and increased sensitivity for detecting peaks compared with conventional concanavalin A coated magnetic beads. This study provides a framework for the application of epigenome studies using mammalian cells.
