Effect of substrate stiffness on human intestinal enteroids’ infectivity by enteroaggregative Escherichia coli
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Monolayer cultures of enteroids were cultured atop crosslinked poly(ethylene glycol)-based hydrogels that varied in stiffness as described in Manuscript. After the cells were adhered to the hydrogels, there were grown in differentiation medium for 5 days with medium changes every 48 h.
