A GRAS family transcription factor negatively regulates cell division and positively affects cell size through SIM/SMR transcription

ABSTRACT: Purpose: To elucidate the role of E1M and SNOS1 (transcription factors) during the process of G2/M phases of cell cycle. Methods: We integrated ChIP-seq, Mnase-seq and ATACseq Results: It showed that E1M associates with AP2-type transcription factor and E1M has an important role for determing final cell size and organ functions.
