Analysis of differential genes in the intestinal epithelial cell from M. tuberculosis-treated mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: The pathogenic organism Mycobacterium tuberculosis could act as a strong nonspecific immunopotentiator, generating beneficial effects on some disease pathogeneses. We used DNA microarrays to analyze gene expression profiles in the intestinal epithelial cells from M. tuberculosis-treated mice and identified distinct classes of 124 upregulated genes and 107 downregulated genes.
