CDC-like Kinase 4 Deficiency Contributes to Pathological Cardiac Hypertrophy by Modulating NEXN Phosphorylation


ABSTRACT: To investigate how sustained NEXN phosphorylation ameliorated the pathological phenotype in Clk4-cKO mice. We performed microarray analysis in the Clk4-cKO myocardium treated with AAV NEXN-S437E, wherein AAV NEXN-WT served as a control.
