PPIB-regulated alternative splicing of cell cycle gene contributes to its regulation of cell proliferation


ABSTRACT: Background: Peptidylprolyl cis-trans isomerase B (PPIB) plays an important function in the process of inflammation through binding RNA, but the clear molecular pathogenesis is not completely understood. The objective of this study was to investigate the PPIB-regulated gene expression and alternative splicing.
