Targeted NKX2.1 DamID sequencing data from human fetal lung organoids recapitulating differential developmental features of human lung development

ABSTRACT: Human fetal lung tip cells were purifed from developing human lungs at pseudoglandular and canalicular stages and in vitro cultured; pseudoglandular organoids and LinPOS organoids, respectively. Alveolar organoids were differentiated from LinPOS organoids in the alveolar differentiation condition. Differential NKX2.1 binding patterns in each organoid were profiled by targeted DamID-seq.
