Transcriptome reprogramming of Nannochloropsis oceanica in response to CO2 fluctuated environment
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To be consistent with ChIP-seq data in this study, transcription regulation of CCM was reaccessed. In this experiment, about 800M clean reads were obtained for each sample. Obtained clean reads in each sample were over 84%, which were then mapped to the N. oceanica IMET1 reference genome. Differential expression analysis between low CO2-treated (LC) and control (high CO2; 5% CO2; HC) samples was performed by edgeR. The result showed that 217 genes (including 158 up-regulated and 59 down-regulated) displayed differential regulation at least two-fold change (P<0.05).
