Effect of PIP4Ks on gene expression and alternative splicing levels in U2OS cells

ABSTRACT: Here we report the function of PIP4K isoforms in differential gene expression in physiological and UV conditions. Our data indicate that PIP4K2A knockdown adversely affects UV-induced gene expression and alternative splicing which is rescued by simultanous knockdown of PIP4K2B.
