EP400NL plays role in polyamine synthesis and mitochondrial biogenesis for the cell growth
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To identify EP400NL-responsive genes by RNA expression profiling, tetracycline-induced Flp-In T-Rex cell line was used without additional serum and IFNγ-stimulation to avoid a universal upregulation of genes. In this condition, most of the genes were differentially expressed less than 1.5-fold range. The 121 genes with over 1.5-fold differential upregulations were further analysed by gene ontology. The result indicates that EP400NL upregulation seems to enhance housekeeping functions involved in polyamine synthesis and mitochondrial translation.
