Chromatin accessibility profiling of B cell subsets
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Terminal B cell differentiation into antibody-secreting cells (ASC) is a critical process for adaptive immune responses. Although many efforts have been made in the recent years to decipher the cellular and molecular events sustaining this differentiation, both in mouse and human models, several key steps still need further elucidation. We used a combined RNA-seq and ATAC-seq approach to decipher the chromatin and gene expression events driving ASC differentiation from naive or memory B cells. Out goal with the dataset was to explore the divergent molecular properties of naive and memory B cells that sustain their differential abilities to differentiate into ASC.
