CircZFR promote lung carcinogenesis and oxidative phosphorylation by modulating alternative splicing


ABSTRACT: Our study suggested that circZFR was a potential oncogene in lung adenocarcinoma. To investigate the function of circZFR, we performed high-thoughput RNA sequencing (RNA-Seq) assays after the silence of circZFR in A549 cell lines.
