Expression data from gastric cancer
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Gastric cancer is a most prevalent cancer with high mortality and strong invasiveness. Presently, there are many kinds of diagnosis and treatment methods, but the diagnosis rate of early gastric cancer is still not high, with a low five-year survival rate. Although the gastric cancer mechanism has been extensively studied, but the entire regulatory networks of gastric cancer is still unclear. We used microarrays to detect gene expression in NOL6 normal and knockdown gastric cancer cells a, and to identify differentially expressed genes in this program.
