The m6A reader YTHDC2 is essential for escape from KSHV SOX-induced RNA decay
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Here we used m6A-eCLIP to enrich for m6A in RNA samples from latent and lytic KHSV infected mammalian cells. Through this highthroughput method we were able to not only indentify differences of m6A clusters between KSHV states, but through the use of the PureCLIP porgram identify m6A sites with single nucelotide resolution. From there were able to identify m6A sites on an SRE containing transcript, IL-6.
