ABSTRACT: to detect the gene expression of Fibroblasts after hypoxia, we used Agilent SurePrint G3 Human Gene Expression v3 for the transcriptional sequencing of fibroblasts with and without hypoxia to detect differentially expressed genes (DEGs) in hypoxia.
