Identification of prognostic-related key genes and their impact on immune response based on high-throughput RNA sequencing
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Wilms tumor is the most common type of renal malignancy in children. Accumulating evidence introduces that dysregulation of genes contributes to tumorigenesis. To explore potential therapeutic targets for WT, a more detailed and comprehensive investigation of gene expression profiles is warranted. We used high-throughput RNA sequencing to analyze the mRNA expression of the WT tissues and adjacent normal tissues.
