Histone protein-dependent cisplatin resistance in OSCC: in vivo and in vitro spheroid and organoid model
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Cisplatin is one of the most potential and widely used drugs for oral cancer chemotherapy. However, although cisplatin resistance occurs frequently, it is difficult to predict the therapeutic efficacy before clinical trial. We tried to predict cisplatin resistance by comparing the gene expression pattern between cisplatin-sensitive UMSCC1 cells and paired cisplatin-resistant UM-Cis cells.
