RNA Sequencing Analysis of the gonadal adipose tissue and liver from PEP Wild Type, heterozygotes and knock out mice.

ABSTRACT: Purpose: Peptidase D (PEP) plays a vital role in collagen turnover by degrading proline-containing dipeptides but its specific functional relevance in adipose tissue is unknown. The goal of this study is to compare transcriptome profiling (RNA-seq) in the gonadal adipose tissue and liver of wild type mice and mice where PEP has been ablated either partially (heterozygotes) or totaly (knock out).

ORGANISM(S): Mus musculus
