A multiplexing strategy to create primary and orthotopic endometrial cancer models in mice
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Endometrial cancer (EC) is the most common female reproductive tract cancer and its incidence is continuously rising recently. The underlying mechanisms of EC tumorigenesis remain unclear and efficient target therapies are lack, both of which require feasible endometrial cancer animal models for translational studies. Here, we report an organoid and genome editing-based strategy to generate primary, orthotopic, and drivers-defined ECs in mice. Bulk RNA sequencing was performed with organoids of various genetics-mediated EC models.
