Bulk RNA-seq of a time series of hPSCs as they differentiate towards left ventricle cardiomyocytes


ABSTRACT: We report that both hESCs and hiPSCs can be differentiated towrads left ventricle cardiomyocytes using an optimised protocol and that these cells transit via first heart field progenitors.
