Probing the role of tsukushi in the transcriptional regulation of lateral ventricular GFAP expressing neural stem/progenitor cell


ABSTRACT: To investigate the role of proteoglygacn tsukushi in the transcriptional regulation of GFAP expressing lateral ventricular stem/progenitor cell, we generated a tsukushi knockout mouse that express GFP at the GFAP positive cell by mating TSK-KO with GFAP-GFP mouse. GFAP positive cells were collected from the lateral ventricle slices and then RNA -seq was performed. RNA-seq data revealed that the tsukushi is involved with the post transcriptional regulation and critical for developmental signaling process.
