Expression data from rats post injured tendons 1 week
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: DNA methylation is involved in many biological activities, such as gene transcription, gene structure stabilization, cell differentiation and foreign body metabolism. Methylation often plays a role in gene silencing in gene regulated transcription. However, the role of DNA methylation of lncRNA in tendon repair is rarely reported. All rats were randomly undertaken control surgery or injured tendons.Tendons were harvested 1 weeks following injured tendons and performed to further analysis.
