The cross-talk between DNA damage, oxidative stress and epidermal barrier in keratinocytes after exposure to particulate matters and carbon black
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To determine the main similarities and differences on health skin between the adverse effects of S1650b (PM2.5 simulant) and CB (nanoparticle) on DNA damage, oxidative stress and epidermal barrier in keratinocytes. RNA sequencing is used to study the DEGs, GO enrichment and KEGG pathway of keratinocytes exposed to S1650b and CB.
