RNA sequencing profiling of mRNAs, lncRNAs and circRNAs in Trigeminal Ganglion following Temporomandibular Joint inflammation

ABSTRACT: The collected TGs from experimental (Complete Freund’s Adjuvant, CFA) and control (Saline) groups were processed for deep RNA sequencing. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different groups(Saline/CFA3D/CFA6D).
