LncRNA-miRNA-mRNA network interactions with clinicopathological outcomes in gastric cancer patients
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To investigate lncRNA-miRNA-mRNA network interactions with clinicopathological outcomes in gastric cancer, microarray analysis was obtained by microRNA profiling from the patient samples. The potential target genes were then predicted by miRmap, targetscan, and miRWalk2.0. The candidate lncRNAs were collected by the LncRNA2target and TANRIC databases. The expression levels of candidate lncRNAs, miRNAs, and mRNAs were measured in tumor and normal samples using qRT-PCR and ELIZA techniques and compared with the clinicopathological outcomes. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of two tissue samples of gastric cancer patients.
