The homing behaviors of hair follicle dermal cells and cell intermigration between hair follicle and perifollicular microenvironment


ABSTRACT: In our study, we found that skin depilation increased the number of DPCs and DSCs homing to HF niches. In order to screen out the chemokines upregulated after skin depilation, we carried out transcriptome analysis of mRNA expression profiles of depilated NOD/SCID skin sample at 0h, 1h, 4h, 12h, 1 days, 2 days, 4 days and 6 days after depilation.
