Single-cell transcriptome profiling of radial glia cells in zebrafish adult telencephalon in response to traumatic brain injury
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: In zebrafish brain, radial glia cells (RG) show a remarkable ability to regenerate damaged neural tissue by reentering cell proliferation and produce neural precursors. To understand how RG respond to brain damage and initiate the regenerative response, we applied single-cell transcriptome analysis to RG in zebrafish adult telencephalon.
