TRFs/tiRNAs expression signature of low-glucose-treated HPAF-II cells
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: Glucose metabolism makes contributions to the development of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC). Meanwhile, tsRNAs, including tRNA-derived fragment (tRF) and tRNA-derived stress-induced RNA (tiRNA), a subset of noncoding RNAs, exerts a vital role in glucose metabolism and cancer development. Analysis of high-glucose-treated and none glucose-treated HPAF-II cells from 6 samples (3 samples each group) was conducted. Results indicate insight into molecular signature of the pathogenesis of PDAC in abberant glucose metabolism.
