NFE2L3 Drives Hepatocellular Carcinoma Proliferation via Regulating the Proteasome-Dependent Degradation of ISGylation p53 through interaction with TRIM25.
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To investigate the function of NFE2L3 and NFE2L3△C(557-694aa) in the regulation of hepatocellular carcinoma proliferation, we established HepG2 cell lines in which the target gene has been over express by lentiviruses. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different cells at three-time points.
