Oncogenic enhancers prime quiescent metastatic cells to escape NK immune surveillance by eliciting a transcriptional memory [HiChIP]

ABSTRACT: With this experiment, we aimed to decipher the changes in 3D chromatin interactions between active regulatroy elements (enhancer, promoter) during tumour progression by performing H3K27ac HiChIP in a model of basal-like breast cancer, based on immortalized mammary epithelial cells (IMEC). The tumorigenic IMEC, xenograft-derived and metastasis-derived cells were used for the analysis.
