Effect of overexpression of NCAL1 on gene expression profile of NK92MI cells

ABSTRACT: To investigate NCAL1 effect on NK92MI cells , we performed a whole-transcriptome RNA sequencing experiment for NK92MI cells overexpressing NCAL1 and established differntial expression profile comparing to control NK92MI cells.
