Gene expression profile at single cell level of Merkel cells from embryonic, neonatal and postnatal mouse skin

ABSTRACT: Merkel cells (MCs) are neuroendocrine touch sensors in the epidermis. We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the differentiation of MCs in mouse skin.
