High concentration of adrenaline blocks key cell cycle genes and exhibits antifibrotic and vasoconstrictor effects in glaucoma surgery
Ontology highlight
ABSTRACT: To investigate the effects of adrenaline on fibrosis in glaucoma surgery. Human Tenon’s fibroblasts (HTFs) were treated with adrenaline (0%, 0.0005%, 0.01%) for 24 hours and RNA-Sequencing was performed on the Illumina NextSeq2000. We carried out detailed gene ontology, pathway, disease and drug enrichment analyses.
