ABSTRACT: Gm-26885 (ENSMUSG0000097125) is encoded by chromosome17:29 (446,919-29,491,925) on Chromosome17 of C57 mice and is located in the 3 sub-band 3 of the region of Chromosome17 long arm (17qa3.3). Gm-26885 and PIM-1 genes overlap each other, and have certain sequence similarity with PIM-1 gene, which is the antisense RNA of PIM-1. Therefore, we refer to GM-26885 as Lnc-pim1. In order to investigate the molecular mechanism of Lnc-pim1 in neuron regeneration .The N-2a-N cell injury model was constructed, and the experimental subjects were divided into normal N-2a-N cell group, N-2a-N cell group with Lnc-pim1overexpression and N-2a-N cell group with Lnc-pim1 knockdown. We then performed gene expression profiling analysis using data obtained from RNA-seq of 3 different cells at the same points.
